From Blueprint to the Mats: Our Structured Production Workflow
A Clear, Accountable Process Ensuring Flawless Manufacturing Execution
To guarantee that your production run arrives exactly as you envisioned it, our factory operates under a strict six-stage quality assurance protocol.
Our design team reviews your artwork assets, logo placements, and fabric requests. We generate a detailed 2D digital mockup of your custom uniform for design confirmation.
We translate the approved mockup into a technical production blueprint, setting the exact computer-guided cutting coordinates for each individual size requested.
We create a complete physical sample of your custom kimono. This sample highlights your chosen weave weight, contrast thread configurations, and direct embroidery elements. We ship this directly to you for fitment and fabric approval.
Upon receiving your formal sign-off, your order goes into mass production. Our master tailors assemble the panels using heavy-duty, multi-needle industrial machines and high-tensile polyester thread.
Our dedicated quality control staff inspects every finished piece. We pull-test the stress points, check the density of the custom bjj gi embroidery and patches, check for uniform fabric alignment, and measure against your master sizing chart.
Each uniform is steamed, tagged with your retail hangtags, neatly folded into custom protective polybags, and packed into heavy-duty corrugated master cartons for secure global freight delivery.
