Welcome to BJJ Gis. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BJJ Gis website and our B2B manufacturing services. By accessing our platform, requesting a quote, or engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

1. B2B Use Only

Our website and services are intended exclusively for business clients, including academy owners, clothing brands, retailers, and distributors. By placing an order, you represent that you are acting in a business capacity and that all purchases are intended for B2B commercial purposes.

2. Product Customization & Orders

We specialize in the bespoke manufacturing of BJJ Gis, No-Gi apparel, boxing equipment, and related accessories.

• Specifications: All design proofs, technical packs, sizing charts, and material specifications must be reviewed and confirmed in writing by the client before production commences.
• Approval: Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. BJJ Gis is not responsible for errors in designs that were previously approved by the client.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Quotes: All pricing provided is based on order volume, complexity of customization (e.g., embroidery, sublimation, weaving), and shipping logistics.
• Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your official quotation or proforma invoice. Unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed upon in writing, payment is required in full before production or shipment.
• Delays: Late payments may result in the rescheduling of your production slot, potentially delaying your final delivery date.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimates: Shipping timelines provided during the confirmation process are estimates based on standard logistics.
• Third-Party Liability: BJJ Gis is not responsible for delays resulting from third-party carriers, international customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen force majeure events.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the client the moment the shipment is dispatched from our production facility.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom Nature: Because all products are manufactured to your specific brand requirements, we cannot accept returns for standard “change of mind” requests.
• Defects: Returns are only accepted if products are found to have material manufacturing defects. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order.
• Cancellations: If you cancel an order after production has commenced, you will be liable for costs incurred up to that point, including raw materials, labor, and branding setup fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, and manufacturing processes are the intellectual property of BJJ Gis or its licensed partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our designs or proprietary content is strictly prohibited. Clients retain ownership of their own logos and custom designs provided to us for production.

7. Limitation of Liability

BJJ Gis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delays in delivery, or business interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction.
